Sciatica/Muscle Rub

Relief from inflammation and sore muscles

Check out this all natural blend of essential oils that is great for sciatic nerve support or for rubbing on sore muscles after a workout.

Using a mixer blend all ingredients together until smooth. Place in a small jar and store in the refrigerator. Rub on affected area as needed.

1/2 cup coconut oil

10 drops peppermint

10 drops panaway

10 drops copaiba

5 drops valor

5 drops lavender

5 drops cypress
